To start booking a service, you will need to start by booking a Meet and Greet Session before other services will become available to you.

All dogs must complete a Meet & Greet session to ensure they’re comfortable in our environment. We also require proof of up-to-date vaccinations.

We require Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella. Proof of vaccination must be provided before any daycare or boarding stay.

Absolutely! We include caring for dogs with anxiety, mobility challenges, or other needs. Our staff is trained in gentle, dog-centric handling and can provide individualized support and monitoring.

Please bring your dog’s food (pre-portioned if possible), any medications, and one comfort item like their favourite blanket or toy. We provide everything else — bedding, bowls, and plenty of love.

Yes! We have cameras throughout the facility for transparency, and we’re happy to send updates or photos so you can see how your dog is doing while you’re away.

2 half hour outdoor potty breaks are included throughout the day to keep your dog comfortable. For pups who need a little extra exercise or adventure, we offer fun, supervised walks for an additional fee.

Your dog’s safety is always our top priority. If your pup becomes ill or injured, we’ll contact you right away and, if needed, take them to the veterinary clinic or, if possible to your preferred vet. In the event of an emergency where we’re unable to reach you promptly, Dogtology reserves the right to seek immediate veterinary care to ensure your dog’s wellbeing.
